Marketing Specialist

Overview

Out of Dust Marketing & Communication is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Create, edit, publish and share daily content that increases reach and website traffic.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars
  • Analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Build and execute an email marketing strategy, including automation and newsletter campaigns
  • Assist in ad creation and audience selection for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google PPC ads
  • Occasional website edits, including writing copy for supporting pages, new pages, etc

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working within an agency and or relevant work environment
  • Outstanding writing skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
